Tom Lynch

I have been involved in construction, project management, permit and planning issues for over 40 years in Sonoma County and the North Bay. I am well acquainted with many leaders in business and government, and am able to work with diverse people toward multiple goals, with patience and understanding. I have also spent three years (2006-2008) on the Sonoma County Economic Development Board. Additionally I served eight years (2009-2016) on the Sonoma County Planning Commission (chairman 2011 and 2016). For private projects I have been project manager numerous multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects.

Feodor Rogachev

Feodor is a problem solver, specializing in resolving building code violations and expediting the acquisition of building permits. His focus extends to a wide range of projects, encompassing both manufactured and stick-built homes, as well as ADUs and JDU's. With a keen understanding of regulations, he efficiently overcomes hurdles to ensure our clients' projects comply with building codes and proceed smoothly.

Sasha provides essential support across all areas of Paladin Permit Services. With a focus on quantitative analysis and data tracking, she monitors project progress and collects observed data to create helpful resource guides and graphs, helping inform business decisions. Sasha is also skilled at managing client communications, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported throughout their project journey. Additionally, Sasha maintains the website, updating it so that it remains accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
