Tom Lynch
I have been involved in construction, project management, permit and planning issues for over 40 years in Sonoma County and the North Bay. I am well acquainted with many leaders in business and government, and am able to work with diverse people toward multiple goals, with patience and understanding. I have also spent three years (2006-2008) on the Sonoma County Economic Development Board. Additionally I served eight years (2009-2016) on the Sonoma County Planning Commission (chairman 2011 and 2016). For private projects I have been project manager numerous multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects.

Katya Lynch
Katya supports the coordination and execution of permitting projects from start to finish, bridging communication between client, construction consultants, and the county. Coming back to the family business, she is enthusiastic to support clients with their projects, from ADU’s and Manufactured Homes to Code Enforcement issues. With a focus on collaboration and clear communication, Katya helps keep projects on course with a positive spirit.

Sasha Grigortsuk
Sasha oversees the tracking and progress of all projects at Paladin Permit Services. With a comprehensive understanding of regulations, she efficiently overcomes hurdles to ensure client projects comply with building codes and smoothly move forward. As Project Manager, she leads projects from initial research to permit approval, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client support. She is especially dedicated to code violation projects, passionate about helping property owners navigate complex regulations to find the best resolution for their situation.
PERMITS COORDINATOR
Eva Perkins
As Permit Coordinator, Eva helps the permit process along by maintaining our database of permits, coordinating with Permit Staff across various jurisdictions throughout the permit process, and preparing the necessary documents for permit submittal in a timely manner. Eva streamlines project timelines and ensures projects maintain compliance with local laws and ordinances, resolving any issues during the acquisition process.

Experienced in collaborating with leaders across business and government sectors, and adept at working with a wide range of individuals to achieve multiple objectives with patience and understanding.
