Project Management
Along with assisting with obtaining the permits for your project, if requested we can also assist with the project management of it. Depending on the project scope and request we can assist with the organization of subcontractors and obtaining bids for work and materials. We charge for time as well as 10-15% for overhead and profit on material, and subcontractors for large project management.
Code Enforcement Solutions
Navigating local codes and regulations can be complex, but with our specialized code enforcement solutions, we simplify the process for you. If a violation is identified, the property owner will be contacted and required to remove the violation and/or obtain permits (with penalties) for the violation. Depending on the nature of the violation, property owners usually have 30 days from Code Enforcement notification to correct the violation.
